A butler will cater to couples’ every needs as they dine on chef’s amuse bouche, wine, lemongrass shrimp papaya with kalamansi vinaigrette, Asian crab cake with cilantro aioli, scallion oil and Omao field greens. Choice of entrée includes a pan-roasted opakapaka and lobster with miso butter sauce and star anise-saffron rice, or grilled Angus beef tenderloin and pouched lobster with syrah reduction and whipped garlic basil potatoes. Lastly, the evening comes to an end with a spectacular eight-dessert sampler.

Sheraton Kauai Resort is the only hotel on the south shore of Kauai that offers this dream-like dining experience. The cost is $350.00 per couple.
